Have you thought about a camping tent?

The camping tent is without question one of my favorite things to shop for. I think I'm addicted to them. If I had the money I would likely buy a tent for each trip I wish to go on. I know that if you're like me and you wander the aisles of your local outfitter and just stare and daydream about being out on the trail or around the campfire, then you know exactly what I'm talking about.

These days coleman tents are a popular choice for novice and experienced campers alike, especially if you're interested in a family camping tent . They should be popular too, they're a product that is really good value for the money. Their tents are fairly rugged and waterproof and my experience is that they're very roomy and quite easy to set up. That by itself is invaluable if you're trying to set up with a couple of young kids running around.

Another great deal that I've found is pictured below...

Moken 4 Inner Mesh Room Tent

Moken 4 Inner Mesh Room Tent

The Moken are water gypsies in southeast Asia, sailing the seas and surviving away from the rest of the world. We adapt their highly skilled living philosophy to our most inventive tents, the Moken 4 and 6. Two end rooms hang inside the tent fly, giving you separate rooms for parents, kids, couples, whatever you need. You can also remove one or both end rooms, making one enormous shelter. Color-coded webbing and poles make set-up a breeze. We apply our know-how from high-end alpine tents - crossing tent poles to increase strength and employing double-track zipper sliders on the vestibules, for example - to make our family living shelter durable as well as comfortable and functional.

Although if ease of set up is all you're after, you might consider buying a pop up camping tent. I haven't tried one yet but I'm told all you have to do is pull it out and the tent sets itself up! Talk about easy. There are all sorts of tents available, including tents for winter camping . Brrrrr.... I've been caught in the snow myself and until you've tried it, well, it's all part of the camping experience. A winter camping tent is definitely the best choice though if you think you're going to the mountains in the winter months.

If you don't wish to spend too much money and you're thinking of discount tents then you should be aware of what you may be getting when you buy one!
